Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is also a pier with a bathing ladder. The house have 2 bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Cozy little house in the middle of Hollender town. Here you have the whole house to yourself, with a nice backyard and evening sun. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. Living room and kitchen on 1st floor, exit to back garden from kitchen. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a small balcony. The beds can't be shared. There is no parking at the house, but a parking permit in the surrounding area can be purchased. There is a smartTV in the living room. Guests must use their own login to use streaming services.

Large funky house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Flekkefjord is in the middle of Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a single-family area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family home appears to be family friendly with several playgrounds, sea, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to beautiful Flekkefjord. The house is 2 km from Flekkefjord Sentrum. Here it is a short distance to the beach both by the sea and fresh water. Great hiking areas to, among other things, Høgfjellet and Simonskyrkja. Dresin rental in the city center. Flekkefjord is renowned as a tourist-friendly and dear summer town. Velkommen til Vika. Dette er et gammelt koselig hus med en nydelig sjøutsikt . Det har den mest fantastiske utsikten utover Spinds fjorden som ligger midt i den flotte skjærgården utefor Farsund. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie.
