Beautiful place, the beautiful house, very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a stay list, as a suggestion we told you that with air conditioning it would be more than complete! Because we were just with the heat wave and we need the air for the peak hours that on the beach you can't be, anyway it has very powerful fans, but with an air I think it would be perfect! The cleanliness is super well and La Paz that reigns in the place is incredible, highly recommended! Hopefully we will be back again!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

Voltaria. The building is super new. Nicolas is a super host. The space of the apartment is super accessible. All impeccable. We use the laundry room for an additional cost adjusted with Nicolas and according to the condominium policy. I just missed more details in the arrival information, because the concierge is well hidden by a side alley. The concierge of the neighboring building who saved us, saying that every day someone asks him for information. The gym is a high standard. I loved the heated pool. Everything is very beautiful. Ideal for a romantic trip. It's worth it. I'd come back and stay in the same place!!! Thank you for everything.

Lorenzo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view of the garden is beautiful, and the place is very quiet; I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym and heated pool, which made all the difference during my stay. Even on rainy days, I was able to enjoy it a lot and I was enchanted by the place. A special highlight is Lorenzo's hospitality: he always responded very quickly, provided all the necessary information clearly and even spoke in Portuguese, which made it much easier. A great place to spend a few days, both summer and winter. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very complete, everything is very practical and comfortable. Front with a lot of greenery and even space to make a stove, very nice to be outside too. Lots of decorative details that give it a plus and a home feel. The host was very good and helped me with local recommendations. I hope to be back!

We stayed with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about how everything in the house works. We take all-day walks with peace of mind for the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It was my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it; but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

The cabin is very nice with everything you need to have a good time. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The stove works perfectly and heats up quite a bit. It's the same property with three houses that share common spaces.
