This house and island were wonderful! Raphael picked us up at the airport and gave us a car to use during our stay as soon as we arrived. It was soooo nice. The location is amazing. The yard space was wonderful. The island is gorgeous and very friendly. Loved our stay here!

The property offers a magnificent terrace and a pontoon facing the sea. The house is very spacious. Having kayaks is a real plus. The only downside for us is the hardness of the mattresses.

This is a good spot. I stayed here with my two kids for 4 nights. One night was loud, the other 3 nights were quiet. The house is large and rustic. It sometimes felt hot and there were mosquitos, which was expected. The location is remote which we liked. You can swim from the property, but watch out for coral and sea cucumbers (like most places on the island). Vetea lives on the property next to the rental. He's a lovely host, happy to help and also not overbearing. It was fun to be with him and his family. We are super appreciative.

Our stay on Raiatea was incredible. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sunsets and peaceful sunrises you can enjoy right from bed. Having kayaks and life jackets available made it easy to snorkel and explore the ocean at our own pace. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed, and the space was thoughtfully prepared in every way. AC and fan, plus screened windows to keep the bugs out, kept us very comfortable and cool. Mick was a friendly and welcoming host. We had a great conversation while watching the sunset, which made the experience feel even more special. While there’s a lot to do on the island, we found ourselves just loving the quiet moments and the stunning views. When the weather wasn’t ideal, we appreciated being able to use Mick’s pool. In addition to a very well-equipped, clean and nice accommodation, we were very well looked after by Nathalie and Tapu. They are very kind, friendly and showed us and gave us tips on all the activities to do in the area. Hospitable, they offered us a friendly drink the first day we arrived. Finally, they made it easier for us to rent a car, which was a great help for getting around the island. Thanks to them for their warm welcome!

The website doesn’t come close to how great Luk and Anne have put this place together. Very small, intimate resort with great meals and a bar at our disposal. The whole property is fantastic!

Jenny and Bruno offered to organize round-trip transport from Raiatea airport to reach their guesthouse, (2 taxis and 1 boat), it makes life easier! Good hospitality, good places, good stay, thank you!

We only spent two nights in Tahaa but our stay could not have gone better thanks to Bruno and his wife. The setting is idyllic, a comfortable bungalow in a beautiful flower garden, facing the sea. The stars shine brightly at night! Great spot that allows you to disconnect well even for a short time. Convenient for car rental, the outdoor kitchen is a plus even though we didn't have the opportunity to use it. A nice welcome, Bruno is responsive to the requests we had beforehand. I recommend it.

Purotu is the nicest person and cares about her guests. She helped us book a snorkeling excursion (we tried for a few hours before with no luck). If you're easily bitten by mosquitoes, get mosquito repellent coils at the store. Purotu gave me a few and they were a life changer. The house is as described and has a local vibe and access to the beach.

We had a great time, the environment is green and peaceful which was very nice. Insects and lizards are part of the stay, at first it's a little disturbing but after a day you get used to it. Mosquito repellent is our ally😁! The terrace is superb with the view of the sea, as soon as you wake up you are amazed! We would recommend this listing.

Simple, clean and above all very well located in the south of Huahine with a beautiful beach 10m from the accommodation. There is another one 5 minutes walk as well as several restaurants/snacks. The supermarket and petrol stations are in town about a 25 minute drive away. Our 3 nights at Maheana's went very well, Maheana is a very kind and accommodating host. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple and quiet place in Huahine.

We had a great time at Jean Marie and Dorida's. The accommodation has direct access to the beach and a coral garden. It's just wonderful. Jean Marie and Dorida are very kind and discreet. Although the kitchen/terrace overlooks the owners' house, they are so discreet that we don't see them. Jean Marie (Papou) invited us to dinner with his family for his birthday, a wonderful meal, a real delight. If you are a simple person, looking for an authentic stay (without luxury) but with all the necessities, you can book without a second thought.

What a get away! So private and peaceful. It really is a good way to start your holiday, from 5th gear to 1st gear in 3days. We enjoyed some of the most beautiful snorkeling! Reading a book on the terrace with the best view one can get. Walked along the coast, but not soo easy, although fully worth it, only "disturbance" was crabs and birds. There are NO mosquito nets, and you cannot stand having windows closed in the heat, so briging mosquito repellant is a MUST. It would be a huge improvement if mosquito nets were installed, at least in the bedroom for peaceful sleep. We strongly recommend using this airbnb

Great welcome upon arrival of the ferry. Welcome flower necklace and shell necklace on departure🥰. The rental car included in the price is a real plus. It had rained a lot in the last few weeks, so there were a lot of mosquitoes. The island really requires a car for travel. 🙏
