The unit was cosy and well-designed. Perfect for a short getaway. We booked last minute and were so grateful for how smooth everything was. Waking up to the sounds of local wildlife made it feel like a peaceful retreat. A charming spot with everything we needed, set in a beautiful, natural setting.

We loved staying at Laurelle’s place. She was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to find us a portacot, even though we booked very last minute! The space is small but very neat and tidy and filled with thoughtful details. There is even a teapot with real tea! My daughter also loved the chickens!

Clevedon Cottage was a cosy, beautiful cottage conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Castlemaine. Considering we stayed on the long weekend in June when the Jazz festival was on in town, it was priced exceptionally well, and had a lot of thoughtful touches inside that you wouldn't get elsewhere. I highly recommend for anyone planning a short stay in Castlemaine.

The cottage was great, with scenic surrounds and very easy access to the mountain bike park for those interested. And the 2 lovely dogs were so friendly and welcoming !
