Monthly Rentals in Fannin County

Overall the place was nice and Brendan was very accommodating to our last minute reservation. Beds were comfy and all the rooms were like the pictures. The road is treacherous leading up to it with several areas very washed out and asphalt breaking. Also we were responsible for removing the trash from the property and not just to an outside bin but to a drop off down the road which was inconvenient. There’s an additional $50 charge if you don’t take your trash off. Also required to start a load of laundry before leaving. What is the cleaning fee for?

We had an extended stay and had a fabulous experience. The cabin was perfect for us. It was just the right size. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed having fires on the deck and by the creek.

No matter when I ask a question I had an answer within 15 minutes. The only thing for me that was not 100% was the king bed had very little room on either side and I'm a large guy so it was hard to get into the bed. The grill and fireplace outback were amazing along with the chairs, places to sit and to view the surrounding area. Thanks for a wonderful day and we would definitely come back again. The hot tub offers relaxation while listening to the creek in the evening. Guests can expect restful sleep in the comfortable beds. A short hike leads to a picturesque lake and chapel, with nearby trails to beautiful waterfalls. I will definitely return for an extended stay.
