Welcome to our holiday home! Located in the heart of Dalarna, 20km north of Falun, on its own peninsula. Recharge your batteries with relaxing summer days in the sun and beautiful sunsets over the lake from the patio. I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

Functional furnished one with single beds that can be brought together. All equipment in the kitchen with combined oven/microwave. Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine. The patio is under the balcony and has table as well as chairs. Private entrance and parking. Easily accessible and easy to check in. Bathrobe distance to Lake Runn with jetty. A slightly longer walk or by bike (7 min) to central Falun with a lot to do in culture and pleasantness with many restaurants and amusements.

Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

This is also a perfect spot to explore Dalarna from: with cities like Falun, Mora, Tällberg and Orsa all in a one hour radius.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
