Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Built for a ship’s captain away at sea it has big bay windows in the living room and kitchen. Rumour has it the builders only showed him pictures of the front, because the back... isn’t quite there! Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

The cabin is a tiny house concept designed to a high spec with a Japanese style bath it is one room with a double sofa bed Simba sprung mattress topper for comfort .20 mins walk to 3 beaches and town, in a quiet location with deck looking out to a green landscape and big sky , we are along side a small branch line train , stops at bedtime. most of the time a quiet green spot .the branch line runs from Truro to falmouth ,good access by foot to Penmere station and buses to the university
