From the bus stops near the house, you can get to the train station (Puistola / Malmi) in 10 minutes. About 40min to the center of Helsinki. The area is nice for sports and outdoor activities, in winter a 6 km ski trail leaves almost from the corner of the house and there is also a big sledding hill nearby.
