The area is nice for sports and outdoor activities, in winter a 6 km ski trail leaves almost from the corner of the house and there is also a big sledding hill nearby.

By car everything is close as main roads are not far away. I have a beautiful garden and a private parking space for a car. Please note that this is not an allergy free home (pets are allowed but I do my best to clean thoroughly after them).
