All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

The property is located in North San Diego County in the Golf Club of California community near Temecula. You will be in a spacious 2 bedroom private guesthouse situated on a 1.5 acre lot, right in front of the pool and spa. You will love the guesthouse for the privacy and tranquility with the ambiance of a private resort. You will be surrounded with beautiful 100 year old olive trees and beautiful mountain views. There is usually a lovely ocean breeze that comes in shortly in the afternoon.

This freshly renovated home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and sunlight shining through. You will love spending time with your family in the open gourmet kitchen, part of the Great Room that includes the dining room and the living room with a large TV and fireplace.
