Thank you for the wonderful stay in this special place. Everything is furnished with attention to detail and you immediately feel at home. You don't hear any noise from the other apartments. Beautiful large balcony. The kitchen had more extras than seen in the photos: oven, induction hob and a dishwasher. Good insulation and roller blinds, we did not need air conditioning at 30 degrees. The owner is very friendly and accommodating! Good parking options in the side street and great area with great connections. Many thanks 🌸

We felt comfortable in Petra's apartment in front of the gates of Berlin. By car, it is about 10 minutes to the nearest train station Falkensee, where there is a large free parking lot. In the modern renovated apartment, everything was available for 4 people. Petra is a nice attentive host and was very easily accessible.

We had a truly wonderful stay with the whole family! The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with smart home technology—everything was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It's located in a peaceful, quiet area very fit for relaxing, yet very well connected: just about 25 minutes to the center of Berlin by public transport. The neighborhood felt safe and calm, a perfect contrast to the buzz of the city. It was the ideal base for exploring Berlin while also enjoying restful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Kai was very welcoming and professional, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care. Highly recommended—I'd definitely come back again!
