Vacation rentals with a patio in Fairview Park

Tyler’s place was absolutely great! We were in town with our 1 year old and in laws and it was plenty of space for all of us. Walkable to much of Ohio City and very close to the airport, downtown, Zoo. It was very clean and Tyler was always responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Dani was an awesome host. Very helpful with any and everything I needed. I would love to stay at any of Dani’s locations anytime.

Chad’s place was very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great diner for breakfast as well as close to other amenities. He was always responsive if you had any questions or concerns. His place is decorated with nice furniture that match the decor of the rest of the house. He had plenty of coffee and snacks available as well. The next time I find myself traveling to Cleveland, I will definitely check to see if Chad’s place is available. You won’t be disappointed!

The location was great - very walkable to anything at Case Western or Little Italy. The parking space was awesome - easy to access, off the street and you didn't have to worry about others who parked there.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Highly recommend, very clean and comfortable. Located above a chiropractic office, very nice building. Also, it is located on a busy street so pretty noisy and bring your own pillow if you're picky or have neck issues.

Super great hosting, communication was proactive and top notch. Place was quite nicely sized for a 2BR and 2Bath accommodation. Location central to everything in down town Cleveland, can't recommend it enough. Parking options were many.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it did not disappoint. The house was just as pictured in the listing. We loved the front porch and spent lots of time there. The bathrooms were very well-equipped with small touches that meant that we didn’t need to run out for supplies during our stay. Plenty of pristine towels and room to stretch out in the common spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. We booked it last minute as we are traveling across country and they were very responsive. I had questions about the safety of my vehicle and they allowed us to park in their private driveway in the back of the house. The house was clean, but more importantly, as an Airbnb Frequent user, it’s the little things that mattered most. The pillows were plush, the bed was firm, the water pressure was perfect and the hot water and thermostat worked flawlessly. The owners were great and sent a long note with local recommendations for food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to the lake and the park on the waterfront which my dog really appreciated. About a 15 minute drive to the Rock and roll hall of fame and downtown. The price was great for the value and I know I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area!

We’ve stayed at Nazeer’s place a few times and it’s always pristine. Nazeer is clear in his communication and always responsive. The home is close to everything you could possibly need and we even walk to restaurants when we stay there. I could not recommend it enough!

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at Vincent’s apartment! Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. It is right in the midst of Lakewood bars and restaurants and this was a perfect location for us. Thank you, Vincent, for the great hospitality!

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

I stayed here for two nights during a quick trip to Cleveland and had a great experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed, with easy access to great restaurants and downtown attractions. The hosts were communicative and made check-in a breeze. It was a perfect spot to relax after long days out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!
