Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fairburn

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Lovely, quiet, private place, yet right in the middle of beautiful Selbourne hamlet and so close to anything you might want to do in Serenbe. Dorothy and Florian were friendly and helpful. They even helped us jump our car when it was time to leave!

Chase is the best host ever! So accommodating and helpful in every way. My friend and I felt right at home and were able to get organised for our 30 day Appalachian trail hike with Chases helpful hints and accommodating ways. His place is beautifully looked after, spacious and comfy. We feel lucky to have found such a great place and host. Thank you .

Gyanu and Teresa were wonderful. We stayed at their home for about a week while we visited family and friends. The house is so spacious and beautiful and overall clean. The only thing I would say is that the house is in the woods and the outdoor space is not taken care of regularly. We spent a lot of time cleaning the furniture and de cobwebbing the sitting areas before we enjoyed the space. Overall it was beautiful and peaceful and we would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a fabulous stay at Alanna’s place. I was there with my 2 adult children and everyone had plenty of space. I also used the work area, which was super helpful for this trip. The decor is absolutely beautiful and house was sparkling clean. I really appreciated that Alanna left lights on for us given our very late arrival. We look forward to staying again!

This house was perfect for my family. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy (despite the ample amount of space). The entertainment area in the living room was amazing with the sound system. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances were top tier. We didn't use the backyard, but it was so spacious. Andre was very communicative and friendly. I would definitely use his home again.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.
