Our 3 bedroom home can be your home away from home. The entire home has been renovated, inside & out. A fully stocked kitchen, 1st floor 1/2 bath, dining room, parlor, living room, & bedroom (king bed) await you. The 2nd floor has 2 bdrms (1 queen room & 1 with full & twin), a beautiful ceramic tiled bathroom, walk in shower & claw foot tub. All linens, lots of extra pillows & blankets. A large yard with hookups for campers and a fire pit for enjoying quiet evenings in the scenic fishing village of Fairport. Within walking distance of a private marina where you can dock your boat for excellent salmon and bass fishing or just cruising the bay and enjoying the islands surrounding the area. A kayaker's paradise! The two closest islands are Big Summer and Little Summer islands.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!
