Nice apartment, central and seaside. Incl parking

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

A private terrace features seating arrangements and a flower pot, overlooking a marina with boats. Glass railings provide an unobstructed view of the waterfront and the surrounding landscape, enhancing the serene setting.

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with possibility to charge an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every 15 minutes and 45 minutes to Dyreparken. Pets welcome. Possibility of long term rent from October-March/April.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! Perfect apartment in a neighborhood without through traffic, only 5 min walk from the city center. Peaceful and nice. The host was excellent with communication and responded quickly to questions. Recommend staying here.

Idyllic place with amazing views of the ocean. Cozy furnished with everything you need. The outdoor area has several zones and superstructures so that you can be outside even with a little messy weather. Many great hiking trails and proximity to the lake and swimming are great when the weather permits. Otherwise, it is easy to drive to Arendal or other exciting small places. Solveig welcomed us warmly and answered questions and recommendations. Would love to come back to this gem of a place.

An apartment with a slightly crazy layout and old decor. The beds are very comfortable. There is indeed some noise from outside but with earplugs I slept wonderfully. Kitchen has a small microwave and an oven and a small dishwasher. What I missed was a kettle because I don't drink coffee. The terrace and the view are amazing and the reason we booked this, luckily it was also nice weather! The contact with Olav was good even though we did not see each other live, but there was no reason for that. Would definitely recommend it!
