L’appartamento è costituito da due piani collegati da una scala a chiocciola, dove al primo piano si trova la sala con cucina un grande divano ed il bagno con la vasca . Al secondo piano si trova la camera padronale ed una camera più piccola con letto matrimoniale ed il secondo bagno con la doccia . Ottima posizione e Supermercato proprio sotto casa

Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

Nice and cozy apartment located in one of the main streets of downtown Porto Sant 'Elpidio. There are a few steps from the sea and the Piazza. It is located on the first floor of a renovated building. Composed of a kitchen/living room,bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom, for a total of 4 beds,with the possibility of adding a crib. This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Vistalago

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
