Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Highly recommended!!!! Go there and you won't regret it!!!! Franca is super nice, flexible check-in and check-out, very tidy and clean room!!!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!

The place at Dina's is really great. It was nice and quiet, the garden is fully fenced, so my dog could and was allowed to run free. For a walk, we went right up the hill full of olive trees. We also did a nice trail run. You can be at the lake or at supermarkets in minutes. But the special thing about the place is Dina herself. She is a really great, dear, warm, friendly and talkative lady and always strives to make you feel comfortable. My search dog Dami and I really had a great time. Thank you :)

Rosanna has created a beautiful and hospitable B+B. Right from my first inquiry she responded with warmth and enthusiasm for our stay. We had no issue with the accommodation being outside of the wall. Walking into the city was straight forward. Waking up to a thoughtful breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace with stunning views was simply wonderful.

Very beautiful room, right price, kind owner, simply perfect note: couldn't have breakfast on Sunday because the bar underneath is closed and the other option is 1km far, but I guess that's on me for not checking in advance

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful with farm products. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. We stayed 5 nights and it served as a base to visit the Umbrian valley. Great solution for our family of 3 adults, we had a room with 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Excellent hosting by Gabriella and her husband. Available and she is full of recommendations; I highly recommend staying with Gabriella, an extremely pleasant and very caring person. The house and its beautifully green terrace are extremely pleasant and quiet.

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. We would highly recommend this !! J&M.

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

Carmen and Massimiliano welcomed us into their home as friends, very clean and with an abundant and varied breakfast. Perfect for visiting the surroundings or relaxing by the sea. We will definitely be back

Kind and accommodating hosts!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Great experience, Luca and his mother are two very helpful and easy-going people. Perfect stay and great kitchen, we'll be back as soon as possible.

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.
