You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

At Kongebakken in Svendborg you will find this unique townhouse with high ceilings and the most beautiful views of the Sound. The house offers two living rooms, older kitchen and 4 double bedrooms / 1.40 m beds. Located in a cozy environment close to downtown and within walking distance to several beaches and Frederiksø. On the newly built terrace there is sun from morning to early evening. Great big dining area inside and out. Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

We rent out our small town house (approx. 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house is on foot 10. min to the station, 10 min. to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness etc. 2 min. to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is cinema, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the motorway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

"Home with piano and stool sofa, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping opportunities, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. Cosy harbour environment and beach close by. The house has its own parking lot and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for house guests. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the garbage and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

The house is newly renovated with brand new furniture (pictures to be updated). The house offers spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. This unique gem (110m2) oozes soul and charm. It's located in one of the oldest and most popular neighborhoods in swing castle. All the way down to the wooden ship harbor, 100 meters from the station, pedestrian street and Ärøfærgen. There's a small enclosed garden, as well as a lovely little backyard. For this reason, it's quiet and nice💗, suitable for children. You share the outside space with the owner who lives in the backyard.
