The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Boligen er placeret i skønne omgivelser tæt på strand og fine muligheder for gå/løbeture i omegnen. En helt unikt gåtur er på Thurø Rev. Der er udgang fra terrasse på førstesalen med udsigt til vandet der ligger i 300 meters afstand. Boligen er i to plan og mindre husdyr er tilladt. Boligen ligger i 5 km afstand fra Svendborgs bymidte med et righoldigt kulturliv. Selve huset er med køkken/alrum og med stue og soveværelse på førstesalen. Haven indhegnet således mindre hunde kan være i haven.

Lækker lys 1. sals lejlighed i rolige omgivelser med udsigt over marker og øhavet med egen indgang og entre. Lejligheden er praktisk indrettet med alle fornødenheder til en hyggelig ferie på Ærø.
