The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

A compact bathroom features white tiled walls and a modern sink with a sleek faucet. A clear glass shelf is mounted above the sink for storage. A shower curtain is visible, partially concealing the shower area. Basic amenities are accessible and organized within the space.

When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. Also, the light experiences our guests as something special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch your arm to make sure you don't dream.

We spent the Easter days in Konstanz's place. The place is nicely designed, we were lovingly welcomed with sparkling wine and a beautiful Easter set with real flowers. The view into the garden and over the Baltic Sea is beautiful. Every morning a bunny visited us and countless birds. The whole apartment, but in particular the kitchen was very well and generously equipped. We enjoyed the days in the apartment and the very beautiful nature. Thanks so much for sharing this spot of earth with guests, Konstanze. The contact and check-in were very straightforward. We highly recommend staying at Konstanz's place.

We were greeted by Sophia, who showed us the outdoor living space. We also greeted her parents who live on the ground floor, they were really nice. It's a fantastic apartment and it matched the description perfectly. We spent a lot of hours on the sofas, with the beautiful view. We can only recommend others to stay with Sophia.

The apartment is as described, everything is available, even in the kitchen there are bread/freezer bags, foils, dishwasher tabs, etc. and everything is very clean. The city is quickly and easily accessible on foot, you are also very quickly at the water and the beach. The small toilet in the master bedroom is an advantage, it is also wonderful to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the🌅 evening sun. In both bedrooms are large TVs for streaming. I traveled for business, but still enjoyed Sonderborg. If I need a place to stay (even private) in Sonderborg again, I will gladly see if this apartment is available, I felt very comfortable. A place in a great neighborhood, 10 minutes' walk from the center of Odense. The apartment, despite being in an old tenement house, has a very positive energy. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine and a private parking space. Of course, for those who want nothing difficult and can handle it. If there's an opportunity, I'll definitely want to go back there.

It was so nice to be back in Lars and Rasser's beautiful and lovely apartment. Nice to be able to park in the street outside the house, and then borrow the bike to get around the city (it is a challenge to find parking in the rest of the city). I enjoy the walks through the neighborhood, with the beautiful old villas and the sunflower whistling, and down to the most beautiful park that takes five minutes to reach on foot. I will definitely return again when I go to Odense next time. Can be highly recommended 🤗🙏
