Monthly Rentals in Evansville

We had a great time at Ann’s place. We felt right at home when we entered. She left waters, sparkling waters, and snacks out for us, which was something I have not experienced from an air b&b host before. The house was neat and tidy and looked exactly like the pictures! We would definitely stay here again!

Just finished holding my daughter's HS Graduation party here. The location was amazing, lots if shade, gorgeous home, and plenty of space along the river to spread out. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking to get away.

This space has all you need for a comfortable stay. The converted basement is bright and welcoming. The thoughtful hostess left delicious Blueberry Cake and we enjoyed making our coffee in the morning. She provided snacks also. Though there are stairs to go down, they are well-lit and there is a sturdy handrail.

Brian's place was clean, comfortable, and cool (which was important on the hot day we arrived!). We appreciated Brian's quick and easy communication. Would stay again!
