Apartment vacation rentals in Evanston

We came for our daughter’s graduation and stayed a few extra days to tour the city. This place was perfectly located for both occasions. It was much more spacious than we expected, and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the fresh towels and beddings. Our only wish is that the beds were a bit larger, especially the double bed, which would be more comfortable for a couple if it were at least a queen size. That said, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay - definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences!

Perfect weeklong stay in Chicago! The apartment is well equipped and makes you feel right at home. The building is connected via sky bridge to Jewel making it easy to grab groceries. The location cannot be beat - easy access to West Loop, Wicker Park, River North. The hosts were fantastic and flexible with our check in times. Looking forward to coming back!

We stayed with my family for 3 days n loved the place it's ambience, cleanliness, very well equipped with all the necessities.....this place definitely feels like home and the hosts are very kind and quick with there response. Wherever in future I am coming to chicago shall book this place.

David and his co-host were excellent. Our family enjoyed our stay. We used to live in the Bronzeville area and love the new additions to the neighborhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Sentral worked great for us going to a graduation for a long weekend. Unit is exactly as described, modern, and clean. Kitchen utensils are reasonable while shelves and refrig are empty save for some coffee so if going to cook/eat be sure to bring everything such as butter, spices, etc. - a Trader Joes is 3 blocks away. Price is not cheap but is very convenient and easy so on balance okay for us. Front desk is very helpful and cheerful.

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

We loved this apartment and our trip to Chicago. We felt safe when coming home late at night and we walked everywhere, even though train stations are pretty close. The views from 17th floor are spectacular in 3 directions, including Lake Michigan and Willis Tower. The place is very clean and comfortable. I wish we could stay longer.

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

Great location and super clean. Easy drive to Northwestern. A little nosy being in the alley, but a sound machine was provided and solved the problem. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed apt. Emily and Roya are helpful and communicative, and all the instructions and photos made things very easy. Would happily stay there again!

This apartment was a comfortable space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a good use of space with furnishings to store clothes. Matthew was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Great 1st floor town home on the boarder between Rogers Park and Evanston, right on the waters of Lake Michigan. Lots of sunlight (and able to watch the sunrise over Lake Michigan in the morning) and a couple of parks next door. The bathrooms (especially the showers) were great--full size, nice water pressure. I was able to work remotely while I was there without any issues. As others have noted, parking is on the street; but if you're proactive or book with Spot Hero or similar, it's very manageable. I really enjoyed my stay!

Charming house in quiet residential neighborhood with a lush front flower garden. Comfortable beds, fun to spin records on the turntable. Spacious living space with cool art. Short walk to downtown Evanston past posh historic homes. Had nice teas and coffee. Would have appreciated creamer in fridge. Very friendly hosts. We’d come back!

Perfect for a quiet retreat from Chicago. A quick trip puts you at Wrigley in about 25 minutes.

Great place, only concern is the transit is kinda far.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cozy Nest. The host, Joan, was personable, a fast communicator, and committed to ensuring we had a great stay. Since we flew into Chicago before check in, she held our luggage and then made an effort to get us in as soon as possible. The apartment was super clean and only a five minute walk to the CTA red line. If you want to explore the city and not deal with parking, this is a great option. We visited many sites including Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago Wrigley Field, the Shedd Aquarium, and Willis Tower, all accessible from the red line. There’s also a nice market just down the street, and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again on our next trip to Chicago! Thank you, Joan!

A lovely respite, enveloped in green, and close to everything Evanston has to offer. We chose this location, as it was close to Ravinia, however it was accessible to other areas we wanted to explore, like the West Loop, United Center, and Ukrainian Village. I’d like to add that it was well over 95 degrees while we visited, and the AC worked like a charm. We were very grateful to come home to it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just wonderful. That was one of the nicest places I've ever been. The apartment is totally lovingly furnished. Everything was super clean and tidy. There are even toothbrushes, toothpaste and a sleeping mask if you need them. The kitchen is also super equipped with everything you need. The short walk to the metro was also very convenient. We would definitely come back.

Elliot and Deena’s place is extremely well thought out and clean. They have very clear instructions and are quick to respond. This space is HIGHLY recommended as a perfect place to stay in Chicago.

Margarita was super accommodating to last minute adjustments and very responsive. The location was convenient, safe, and there was always parking!

A great place to stay! I loved the open kitchen and living space. Easy access to laundry. Wonderful outside space. John was very friendly and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was as listed and fit our needs perfectly. Marie was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. She is nice and accommodating. The location is close to the bus stop and it took roughly half an hour to get to downtown Chicago. Evanston is a safe and friendly community. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey. Having a nice place to call home made for a memorable trip.
