Julie’s place was perfect!! It was in a great location with easy access to the trails and restaurants. The fresh flowers from her garden were a special touch. Would definitely stay again.

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

Stay met our needs. Quick trip for a family wedding and location was close to venue.

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

Amazing little cabin! Perfect location between the state parks and town

My husband and I, along with our two younger children, absolutely loved our stay! Gayla and Steve go above and beyond to make the home welcoming, having absolutely everything you could think of that you might need, and then some. We had a minor issue after arriving, but we quickly received a response after reaching out, and things were resolved in a timely matter. Additionally, they checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure things were still going well. The view from the back deck is beautiful and my kids loved eating every meal either on the deck or from inside the screened-in porch/sunroom. It was the perfect location for us to make day trips to Eureka Springs and Branson, and we loved going back "home" each night to peaceful surroundings after busy days. Having the water so close for the kids to practice fishing and splash around in was a great bonus. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

We loved staying here. We spent so much time on the screened in porch, taking full advantage of the hot tub, projector screen, and relaxing environment. We enjoyed an afternoon of kayaking and my kids loved playing foozball. This was the perfect spot for our short trip. Clean, relaxing, and fun. No shortage of pillows, which is important to me. One of my kids proclaimed the bed "the most comfortable bed ever" and wanted to take it home, lol.

Leah's place was Great! We traveled from MN to AK on motorcycles so were looking for adventure. Leah's house was near Beaver Lake in a wooded area where the deer come to her yard daily. Her home is very clean with everything needed for your stay. We were welcomed with relaxing music on the TV and essential oils diffusing. The kitchen is more than well-stocked with organic spices, functioning appliances including a refrigerator with ice/water in the door. Plenty of linens throughout. Comfortable beds with soft, clean linens. Fire pit and BBQ that we enjoyed. Leah was always friendly from the beginning with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. We always stay in Airbnb's when we can and Leah's place was perfect for for the 4 of us. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. Walking the area was safe, and a great workout with lots of inclines and declines along the lake roads. We'd absolutely stay again if in the area.

It was very peaceful and quiet. We saw deer a few times and where provided some corn to feed them which was a nice touch. There are many other small details like this scattered throughout the cabin that make it stans out. It was situated in a great spot with close proximity to Bentonville and Eureka Springs for our day trips. Yet, the cabin felt special and tucked away.

This house was amazing! Close to town, clean, & very private and serene setting. 100% would recommend & would stay again. A few things I feel are important for guests to know that are not negative, but may help you plan: We followed the GPS and it did not take us there. We were close, but at a different house. We reached out to the hosts, and they called right away and helped us. Not their fault at all and they do have signs at the driveway once we got on track. The driveway is very long, gravel, with many turns, ups, and downs. They do mention in the listing to not drive a low clearance car, but I just want to stress this. It rained the whole time we were there and our Honda Pilot did just fine. There is not a microwave. They have a stove, oven, and toaster oven, but some people do rely on microwaves. It wasn't a problem for us and, to be fair, it wasn't in the amenities on the listing. Just something to not if you use one to cook. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at this condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The space was well-stocked with everything our family needed—and more. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Bentonville. Walkable to the restaurants and shopping but in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

If you’re heading to Fayetteville for a Razorback game or for business or even just for fun, I would recommend Brittany’s place every time! I’m so grateful for her!

What a beautiful spacious home. We had 8 guests and there was ample room and amenities for us to eat, sleep, and lounge around. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the neighborhood again.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay, plenty of room for 2 couples or small family, the outdoor area could was not near as nice as they portrayed it in the pictures, grill was nasty and no utensils, the table and chairs were filthy, but inside was just as expected!

Brandi’s place was absolutely perfect! When trying to book a place, this was one of the only ones that I could find where it was update, clean, and cozy. The view of the lake was great as well. I would definitely stay here again! The unit was exactly as described and pictured.
