Our Place is full of country charm with little touches to make it feel more like your place! Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough for all things Eureka Springs/Branson has to offer. Let us be the reason you come each year!

Located just minutes from historic downtown Eureka Springs, this quiet and newly renovated hideaway is a perfect place for a getaway, with beautiful views and visiting wildlife. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, a workspace, and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Brand-new modern micro cabin perched right on the Kings River with floor-to-ceiling windows, private river access, and total silence – only 25 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. Our brand new micro cabin is as peaceful as it gets with rustic woods. There is also an outdoor tub and Hot Tub. We are located down a 3 mile dirt road, but it is worth the drive. We have parking on the property and it is a short walk from parking to the cabin down a beautiful set of concrete steps.

Teacup Cottage is on the historic loop in Eureka Springs. This 3BR/2BA whimsical home is located next door to Ermilio‘s, the renowned Italian restaurant. Built in 1879, Teacup is one the oldest homes in Eureka. The Crescent, America’s most haunted hotel is just a short walk from Teacup. Spring Street is only 0.2 miles - where all the galleries, shops, bars & restaurants can be found. Eureka is a hilly town but the trolley (stop 94) stops right in front of the cottage.
