This place seriously exceeded the photos! The house is so beautifully taken care of and in such a quiet spot.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and just as descirbed. Everything was very clean. Maggie was very responsive and even reached out with some rainy day activity suggestions for one of our days that started with some rain. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool area. The neighborhood was very peaceful as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again in the future if coming back to the area.

I had such a wonderful time at Gabriella‘s place!!! I was lucky enough to get to meet her and her husband when we first checked in!!! Nice down to earth people! The house was a three bedroom, beautiful pristine, clean home with a pool downstairs on the first floor. It was everything that we had hoped and we had everything that we needed to cook. They set us up for a great week. Thank you so much!!! if you are looking to book a home in Fort Myers beach no further than Gabriella’s place!!!!! we will be back!!!!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was the highlight — the private pool and peaceful vibe made it feel like our own little paradise. The host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to restaurants and all the fun Cape Coral has to offer. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a amazing stay in Southwest Florida!

Great price for what we were looking for. Great communication and had no problems checking in. Some of the bikes had problems with the chain or tires, but aside from that the house was great.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

Pictures and descriptions were very accurate. The pool and hot tub were great, super clean. Close to the beach. The property appeared to be totally remodeled. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

We had 4 generations of family staying at Brad's. Having 2 separate living areas worked out perfectly. it would be great if a door was added at the top of the stairs so you could leave both doors open as we didn't want to waste the air conditioning. The beach is a super quick walk from the house so easy to go back and forth as needed. The pool was also a huge hit and was heated perfectly as stated in the listing. Would definitely stay at Brad's again!!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and we spent hours swimming and relaxing every day. It was the perfect spot for some much needed downtime. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The house is beautiful and luxurious, and it's very quiet. We loved relaxing by the pool. Everything has been beautifully designed and kept clean. It has everything you need for a vacation. Our stay was really enjoyed, and we were thrilled. Tracy responded quickly to requests. She helped immediately with any problems. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely awesome house. The photos look great, but it's actually better (and more spacious) in person. The doors to the backyard slide all the way open (on both sides of the corner) so it can be an indoor/outdoor living space. And fully enclosed with nets so there's no worry of any creatures getting in. The backyard gets sun until about 4PM, which is great for anyone looking for some Florida sun. Very nice neighbourhood and super safe/friendly.

Very grateful for Micke's place, it met all expectations. Everything was very clean and organized, we felt right at home during our stay, the host responds quickly, we hope to choose the accommodation again soon, we loved it. Thank you for everything

Teresa's home exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice, as it was bigger than shown. Additionally, it was extremely clean with a fresh scent when we arrived. The pool was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (aged 9 and 4) and had a fairly large shallow end. There were plenty of games and toys for the kids with one bedroom set up as a kid's room. There were plenty of supplies on hand, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid & dishwasher tabs, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper and laundry detergent & softener. A rarity in most other homes. The location is easily drivable to a variety of restaurants and shopping, with Miromar Factory Outlets about a 20 minute drive away. Finally, Teresa was an exceptional host and always responded within 1/2 an hour or less. When we had a small issue with the air conditioner and mentioned that we would be going out within 4 hours she said someone would be there before we left, but the pool maintenance company arrived within 1/2 an hour!
