Apartment vacation rentals in Essendon

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Shannon was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The trams are one block away, the supermarket was two blocks away and it was only a little further to the trains. I also enjoyed walking by the river, which is about a kilometer away. The master bedroom has a north facing window. Thanks Shannon!

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! I’m so glad this is where I chose to stay x

Mishma was incredibly friendly and helpful with finding the home and gave us amazing recommendations on what to do around the area whilst we were there! The house is gorgeous and exactly as described with very comfortable beds and pillows. The tram stop was right out the front door and took us directly into the city in 20 minutes. It was an absolutely perfect weekend in Melbourne thank you Mishma

Exactly the same as it is in the photos.. bed n sofa were cozy n comfortable Everything works well the host is so nice and prepared various teas and coffees (also indomie that was so special for me 🥰) I love the areas for it is quite and peaceful.. We do need to walk to get on a tram (around 300mtrs) but its okay for me.. Theres a good coffee shop near to this (mister n missus) and a tasty bahnmi (mister truongs)

Fantastic location near the airport but also very quiet . Secure undercover parking which was a bonus.

What a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything I needed for a comfortable work visit. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the little personal touches made it feel like a home away from home. Great location too — quiet but close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Peta and Daniel's place is well appointed and ideally located. We spent a week there and didn't feel like anything was missing. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for yourself, the unit was very clean and spacious for 2, with plenty of storage space. It is very well located. A 6minute walk to good restaurants and cafes along beautiful treelined streets. Access to public transport (with many options) was a 5 minute walk away. We'll be back. Chris & Anna

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

This was our second stay at Jessica’s as we loved it so much the first time! Highly recommend, amazing location, lovely apartment, had everything we needed and more. Thanks again for another great stay!!

Great location, great place!

Lovely quiet apartment in great Brunswick location. Transport, restaurants, supermarket and coffee almost at the door. The apartment is really quiet and secure and has the bonus of a garden outlook and small outdoor space. Great for 1 or 2 people. Lauchy is a friendly and helpful host.

Michelle was a great host and communicated clearly! She responded within a timely manner to all questions and communications by me. The apartment was clean + tidy and had all amenities listed. It was close to local supermarkets and restaurants and a 1 min walk away from public transport.

Great location, beautiful views looking over the river and quiet. The accommodation was excellent. The pictures doesn't do justice to how much space you have in bedroom and seperate lounge area and bathroom. All this is in the downstairs area with our own access. Extremely clean. Great to have our car secured also. Carmel is a lovely host, and when visiting Melbourne again, this place will be our first option.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Thankyou Alix & Taj, we loved your place, unfortunately for us we didn't get to experience it fully as were at a conference from early till late. We do hope to comeback and enjoy again soon. Carolyn, Laura, Patty & Kristina.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

The house is right opposite The District Docklands, which I really want to find. The host was very helpful with the instructions and quick to reply. The house itself was very nice, clean and have all the essential amenities to make my stay comfortable and feels like home. The view was superb and pretty. Highly recommended!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most magnificent stay! The apartment blew away all of our expectations. A fantastic location; walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants, around the corner from the trams and train stations, amenities were great and to top it off, we had our own private car park, which made planning our trip to Melbourne, a lot easier! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (plus toddler!) and had everything we needed! Having a washing machine AND dryer was a huge bonus for us as well. Hosts were friendly and responsive and the information provided for the stay was outstanding! We would love to come back and stay again! ⭐️

Kim was super responsive when I needed to check-in early due to last minute change of plans. Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed for my trip. Was conveniently located with cafes and the tram. Even a walk into the city was easy, did this twice! Location was secure and everything was clean. Would stay again!

We have no words to describe the beauty of this sweet and cozy place. This stay added more glow to our holiday. Me and my partner loved the view, the surroundings, easily assessable trams, swimming and spa.
