My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has a living room, fully equipped kitchen one bathroom, and two bedrooms with queen size beds on the main level. Down stairs in the basement it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and a common area with a sofa couch and double bed. We also have a huge yard with tons of fruit trees and a beautiful patio area.
