Monthly Rentals in Erjos

Christian was very proactive in sending us instructions and good addresses. The views are very nice. The apartment is better than in the photos, the sofa has been changed. 🙂 Very well-equipped, washing machine and dishwasher with doses, very appreciable. Namely, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The area is very quiet, but the soundproofing in the residence is quite light, you can easily hear the neighbors. I don't think we were very lucky, but the sky was still overcast with a lot of wind (early June), while 30 minutes away by car, we found the sun and the heat. The city is quite small and not very lively, for people who want peace and quiet, it's very good, otherwise it's better to drive a little to visit the surroundings. 1-1.20 hours from Teide hikes, 1 hour from Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz, the location is good if you like to move 🙂

Modern and very clean flat. Close to walking paths. We could cook our meals and had water in the fridge, fruits and sweets provided by the host, thank you!

We were hosted very well by Armando, who gave us some great tips for eating on the evening of our arrival and on places to visit. Armando is very smiling and outgoing, ready to help if needed. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and the terrace offers a beautiful view of el Teide! Thank you very much Armando for our short stay in Santiago de Teide!

This location we can certainly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Tenerife is many facets but prefer a more quite neighborhood to stay the nights. Keep in mind this is at 900m above sea level in a smaller village so a car is a must have I think We used this location to explore the island 30 minute drive to Adeje/Los Cristiano’s on the south side of the island 45-60 minute drive to ElTeide 30-60 minute drive to any location at the North side of the island From what we can tell, the house is either very new or very recently completely renovated as everything was in a high quality state
