Cozy old granny

Warm ambiance cottage, close to fishing , berry picking, and hunting grounds Mkki is located in the village of 4 permanent residents called Äijäjoki, there are several cottages in the village. The cottage really the house is somewhat renovated, but it still needs it a little bit, but it feels like home, grandma. Right next to the house is a river that can be viewed from the deck of the outdoor sauna, a border river nearby. The rent includes , linens, snowshoes, and forest shoots for four, as well as sliders and kicksleds.

Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the property is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.

Located in a quiet outer district! Use of the private sauna is possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Cost: 20 euros in cash or MobilePay per sauna session! Bath towels are ready in the sauna, you would have to bring your own shower shampoo! Report 2 hours in advance so I can prepare the sauna. Thanks! You can use the hot tub during your stay. For lighting with wood, to the desired temperature, you need about 6-8 hours. Cost: 40 euros for water and wood!
