Vacation rentals with a patio in Elwood Beach

Michelle communicated well and was very responsive. We extended our stay and no problem at all. Location was good with less than 15 minute walk to either Balaclava cafes or St Kilda shopping, bars and restaurants. Clean and tidy place that served us well for our 2+ month stay

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

Great stay while we did renovations! Was a perfect space for the family. Kirby was very responsive and keen to help us when things broke down, very relaxed and was super accomodating letting us check in early and late which helped us immensely! Would stay again

We love our 10days stay. Check in was easy, undercover parking. Angela was prompt to reply to queries. Friendly even offer to meet to give access cards. Separate place to do work was great. Will come back to stay if need to be close to MSAC.

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

My stay at Osbourne Cottage was lovely. My mom and I were very comfortable and it was a perfect location for our stay in Williamstown. The Botanical Gardens were especially nice to venture into and explore.

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

좋은 위치와 아주 깨끗하며 훌륭한 시티뷰를 보여주는 숙소였습니다 또한 Selina의 빠른 피드백이 좋았고, 늦은 체크아웃 배려에 여행에서의 에너지 충전에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 모두 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 힘들었던점은 6월은 멜버른이 너무 춥다는 것입니다. 방에 히터가 잘 작동하지않아 (히터 작동 시 원인을 알 수 없는 큰 소음 지속 발생) 정말 많이 추웠습니다. 하지만, 이것은 날씨의 문제이므로 두꺼운 옷을 입는 등으로 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것입니다. 그외 모든 것들은 완벽했습니다. 다음 방문에도 Selina의 숙소를 선택하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. Jodie & Ella were great at communicating from the time we booked the place. The location was great, the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. During our stay the lift was not working however the hosts went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to stay in St Kilda. One of the best getaways I’ve had so far.
