Its a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and near wineries and biking makes this perfect for people looking to explore Leealanu County and Traverse City. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

Enjoy the whole house! Generous bedroom and a smaller bedroom are upstairs, sofa sleeper downstairs. Plenty of seating at dining table, with a full kitchen. Pleasurable backyard, the photos include the shed, we love the way it frames the backyard! Easy walking to everything, in a neighborhood, but LEGAL because commercially zoned.
