It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.

A roomy, but cozy upstairs loft with den, kitchen, bedroom with new queen bed, and full bath. The futon couch in the den can be made into a full size bed. Guest wifi and television with cable included. Shared entrance with homeowner but completely private space with locked door at top of main stairs.
