Vacation rentals with beach access in El Centenario

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, secure, convenient parking, a block from malecón. Make sure you try Mesquite Grille, two blocks down the street, everything was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay at Marina’s and can’t wait to return to La Paz!

Ernesto and company were terrific hosts. Remained in contact and provided amazing customer service and I could not be happier about my experience. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to do so. You won’t regret it and just know you’ll be taken care of properly. When I return to La Paz, I will definitely be staying here again.

Disfrutamos del lugar, fue bastante cómodo y confortable, limpio, ordenado y espacios amplios, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unos días agradables y cómodos, el club con la alberca y los asadores muy cómodos y bonitos. Recomiendo ampliamente casa xenia, súpers y oxos cercanos, buen aire acondicionado; cocina completa y acondicionada. Colchones cómodos para dormir, Gracias mil a Wilbert por estar atento siempre 😊

Sandras place exceeded our expectations. Home is very private, peaceful, & safe. The open kitchen & dinning room along with the outdoor sitting and pool really made this place outstanding. Entire home was extremely clean, our family really enjoy our week stay here. Less than 10min from El Malecón & Oxxo store right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in La Paz. This area is about a ten minute drive from downtown but it’s incredibly peaceful. You can go right out to the beach and there’s an eco reserve right next door. This is a more local area and doesn’t have shops around it. Also to note if you have small kids or babies- the second floor noise which is also a rental comes through reallly loudly. Not at all an issue if you’re on your own but can be an issue with kids which we had. We let the host know and the noise immediately stopped. They were wonderful hosts and it was a great stay!

La casa de Serge estuvo genial, un buen momento para relajacion, en familia, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una una estadía en familia , es decir, cocina bien equipada, buenos utensilios y en excelente estado, todas las habitaciones amplias y tienen una excelente vista al mar, la verdad no tengo ni una sola queja de la casa de Serge, antes del tomar la casa Serge te advierte de cómo es la entrada a la casa, pues se encuentra ubicada en una colina, y la vía está sin pavimentar, tú eliges. La casa es tal cual te muestra la foto y hasta más hermosa. Su descripción se queda corta. Serge es un gran anfitrión, 10 de 10, estuvo atento a cualquier duda o pregunta o requerimiento. Por favor no duden en elegir esta hermosa casa.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at Rosa Maria's place over the last 4 years and I can't say enough about this place! It is so clean and comfortable and perfectly located. This time, I drove down to La Paz from Phoenix, so it was especially nice to have the secure parking so I could leave things in my car without worrying about it. The host is so responsive - I noticed a plumbing issue one day during my 2+ week stay and Rosa Maria had a plumber come and fix the issue within hours. I love this place, and I will stay there every time I go to La Paz!

¡El lugar es muy lindo! 🥰 Sin duda, su vista vale muchísimo la pena. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La alberca estaba bastante fría (no sé si por la época o si siempre es así), pero aun así nos animamos a meternos 🥶… ¡y la verdad lo vale! Como punto a considerar, la subida para llegar al condominio es algo complicada. Me hubiera encantado salir a caminar por la zona, pero todavía no hay calles bien pavimentadas y el entorno se siente muy solo, por lo que sí o sí es necesario contar con auto para hospedarse aquí. Eso sí, el malecón está súper cerca, a solo 5 minutos en coche, lo cual es un gran plus. Un detalle a mejorar sería el tema de las sábanas y toallas: todo es blanco, lo cual estéticamente se ve muy bien, pero al llegar de la playa o la alberca uno se preocupa un poco por no manchar nada. Tal vez se podría considerar incluir opciones más prácticas para los huéspedes. En general, ¡sí lo recomiendo! Pero definitivamente, solo si tienes 🚗

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el departamento. Nos encantó que estuviera a pie de una hermosa playa y que además estuviera a tu disposición la alberca. El departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de la ciudad y también de las playas más populares de La Paz. La atención de Álvaro fue siempre muy amable y nos sugirió actividades y lugares donde comer rico. Seguro volveremos a este lugar.

This was an outstanding place for our family of 7 to spend a week. The place is exactly is described and the pics are spot on. The common areas are fantastic and it felt very roomy. The views are unbelievable from almost everywhere in the house. The hosts were very responsive. We rented a car which is needed as there isn’t much to do close by. There is a beach, but it is not swimmable. The pool is great. Overall absolutely worth it and highly recommended.

Excelente casa , ubicación , limpieza , etc…. Luis es excelente anfitrión. Nos envió una lista de restaurante todos de excelente calidad y también contactos muy buenos para la renta de yates ! Todo estuvo excelente y muy recomendado para hospedarse siempre ! Volvería nuevamente sin pensarlo 2 veces .

This place is in a perfect location if you want to walk around the city and have easy access to the ocean. Close to many good restaurants and shops. The area felt safe and clean. The place was clean upon arrival, we did notice there were some ants in the kitchen area but they didn't bother us much. The sinks were slow draining, but again it wasn't a huge deal. Shower and toilet worked perfectly. Beautiful 360 views from the top terrace, a relaxing area to spend for sunset. Overall we had a great experience renting from Irma.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
