Vacation rentals with a patio in El Centenario

We loved staying at Tom’s place. The view was beautiful overlooking the city and the water. AC was cold. The security guards were friendly and active would definitely stay again. Tom also provided recommendations for a rental car company that delivered the vehicle to the Airbnb it’s definitely needed for the location as it’s up a hill and out of the way. But we did get by using DiDi and Uber the first and last day. He also provides rentals of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bed was pretty hard could definitely use some type of mattress topper. Washer machine is kind of loud so wouldn’t recommend the late night wash prior to departure but outside of that we really enjoyed the apartment and facilities and Tom as a host.

We loved the whole set up of this place. It was like a hotel room with its own kitchen. It was perfect for 2 people. It was walking distance to Malecón. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host was very quick with responses to my msgs. We loved the place and will definitely book it again.

Great location, great view, awesome balcony, host was very communicative, La Paz is beautiful and the stay was awesome!

Tom is such a nice and attentive guy. He was always available for us even when I left the keys inside the place, he rescued us right away. I highly recommend the place and the host.

The apartment is in an excellent area, close to the esplanade and there is an Oxxo nearby and a birrieria, as well as tacos el estadio, I will definitely stay again ♥️

I had such a great experience with Yoel and this listing, a true gem! I brought my dad here as this is possibly the last of our memories together, so I knew it had to be special! Yoel and his team were very accommodating and great hosts!! I made memories with my dad that I don’t think I could have made anywhere else! I am coming back with my husband next time!! Beautiful little house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. Magdalena welcomed us and she is very friendly and approachable. Thank you very much for your help, we will definitely be back! :)

Excellent place. Comfortable, clean, private. A plus that it has a washing machine (it was very helpful) Ricardo kindly welcomed us before check-in, he even gave us a mini tour in his vehicle along the esplanade. I would 100% recommend her place I'll definitely stay there again when I get back.

Don't hesitate to rent this place, it's amazing! Upon entering, you have controlled access, the common area of the private impeccable and safe. The house is large, and has everything you need and even more. Elva thought of everything, she left us a couple of chairs, umbrella, icebox, which help you a lot on the beaches because not all of them have palapas. We felt comfortable, safe and 100% satisfied with the place, the service and of course we would return without hesitation.

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

Our stay was excellent, the service of the staff who received us was always cordial and with complete willingness to help with our questions and the loan of additional towels for the beach and ice maker. The facilities are great (they are in very good condition, much better than what you see in the photos and everything is very clean). The ground floor location made it much easier for my parents to stay, as they are elderly. Everything in general is excellent in location, service and facilities.

This was an outstanding place for our family of 7 to spend a week. The place is exactly is described and the pics are spot on. The common areas are fantastic and it felt very roomy. The views are unbelievable from almost everywhere in the house. The hosts were very responsive. We rented a car which is needed as there isn’t much to do close by. There is a beach, but it is not swimmable. The pool is great. Overall absolutely worth it and highly recommended.
