Vacation rentals with a patio in El Batan

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Everything is very good, excellent service

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or for them to open the door for you like infiltrators. Inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I couldn't use, such as the BBQ.

The accommodation was very nice, Charly gave us clear instructions, we didn't cook but there were most of the utensils, we had a great time in the wet area, the pool, Turkish sauna and jacuzzi are really spectacular, the washing machine makes a loud noise when it's drying and Alexa doesn't obey on very few occasions hehe, but in general the accommodation that Charly offers is spectacular, we would definitely come back.

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Rosita was a great hots, she was very kind at all times.

An excellent place to rest! Nature at its best, large gardens and fruit trees for morning walks. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Cesar Eduardo’s place! From the very beginning, he was an amazing host 😊 kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect 👌 close to restaurants, pharmacies, and everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. A very nice and pleasant apartment, the area is a perfect mix of tranquility and fun. At night it does feel a little cold but Andrés left extra blankets so there was no problem. The pool is heated and very relaxing. We couldn't find sugar, but there are minimarkets nearby, so everything was solved. This suite is really a bargain for its price and for everything it offers. We want to go back.
