Vacation rentals with a patio in El Batan

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

El lugar es lindo , las amenities son exclusivas de los propietarios del lugar necesitan de un face ID para poder ingresar a todas ellas, no fue agradable usar las áreas húmedas que es lo que más quería usar pidiendo favor para entrar o que te abran la puerta como infiltrados, ya adentro todo es limpio y ordenado, no es fácil pedir comida a domicilio, tienes que salir a recogerla , el anfitrión fue agradable. Hay áreas que no pude usar como el BBQ.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Rosita was a great hots, she was very kind at all times.

Monica’s chalet was a fantastic little place with all the amenities, in a beautiful garden and as host her and her family were fantastic and very warm hearted. Lovely experience 🙏

Javier es un anfitrión muy amable y atento, siempre responde con rapidez. El alojamiento en Cumbayá es seguro, hermoso y tranquilo. Su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todos los centros comerciales y del centro de Cumbayá, un lugar encantador y turístico al que se puede llegar fácilmente a pie. Como única sugerencia, recomendaría añadir más utensilios a la cocina para quienes disfrutan cocinando en casa. En general, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Cumbayá, con todo lo necesario a la mano en un entorno seguro y agradable. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Me encantó mi estancia en este departamento. Estaba impecablemente limpio, en una ubicación excelente cerca del Quicentro, y con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Además, cuenta con instalaciones adicionales accesibles y es un lugar muy seguro. El check-in fue sencillo y directo, y tanto el anfitrión como su equipo fueron súper amables, siempre atentos y muy comunicativos. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendadísimo!

The place looks just like the photos. Very comfortable with good views l. It’s in a pretty central area, with a big nearby park. The building has a gym and playground. Security was friendly and efficient.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Cesar Eduardo’s place! From the very beginning, he was an amazing host 😊 kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect 👌 close to restaurants, pharmacies, and everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. We truly loved every moment of our stay and appreciate all the little details that made it special. We highly recommend staying here and give Cesar 100%! We would definitely come back again!
