Welcome to the Villa Karlslund! The property is located in one of Örebro's oldest and most enriched areas. Here you can walk along Svartån in scenic surroundings, take a run in the running track, a round with your MTB or a pass in the outdoor gym that you find on the other side of the road. The property is located 4 km from the travel center and you can easily get there with the bus that stops on the other side of the street. The apartment located in a grand part of the house has its own entrance and patio. Grocery store, swimming and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Very nice cottage and guest cottage with a fantastic view. Very clean, neat and very tastefully decorated. Good and pleasant communication with Jesper from booking to departure from the cottage. So nice that they had picked flowers from the nice plot and put them in vases in several places when we got there. Plus for what made you feel really welcome. Can highly recommend Jesper and his nice place.

Great location, close to the center. Good clean tidy space. With base essentials and cooking gear. Absolutely no clutter! I was a little disappointed with the limited bedding linens. And there was construction in the above apartment the first few days, all day, which made it a bit more difficult to enjoy my rest , but once that ended it was peaceful. Nothing against my chosen air BNB, just bad timing for me I suppose! Very responsive host, he did a fantastic clean up job!
