The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in an urban location with numerous local shops right outside the front door. Graz city center is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 4th floor (including elevator) and is accessible via a quiet courtyard. It consists of two rooms including kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and a balcony with beautiful views of the Graz clock tower. Perfect for families with children (including extra bed, etc.) as well as couples or business travelers.

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

The Jörgenbauerhütte

The Jörgenbauerhütte is located at 1,400 meters on the Gammeringalm on the border of Upper Austria with Styria. In the meadows around the hut, the alpine cattle graze in summer. Since the hut can only be reached via a private forest path, you can only hear the bells of the cows grazing on the alpine pasture. In the fall you can sometimes hear the tube of the deer - nothing else.
