great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

This place is a hidden GEM! The house is large and spacious, the decor is top tier! The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. There is plenty of parking (driveway & street). This house is 15min from Coors Field. Easy to access Arvada/Down town Denver. The wall art is unique creating wonderful backdrops for photos. The pool is heated. The beds are comfortable and many bathrooms throughout the house. The hot tub is large and roomy. The golf green is a challenge with the slop of the yard and makes for a great game! Communication was clear and easy to check in/out. No problems here! You don’t want to miss out on this house! I will definitely be back again, and again & again! This place rocks! Highly recommend!

Really well situated close to DEN airport with comfortable beds. The space is cozy and somewhat quirky, with everything we needed for our short stay. Large grocery/retailers within easy driving distance.

This house was beautiful and surrounded by amazing views! Patti was very clear in her instructions and responsive when we had questions!

This house was perfect for surprising my sister for her 60th birthday. Four friends/family got together. One guest was in a wheelchair and the wide open floor plan lent to easy navigation through the main house. We had a great time making memories. Thank you for making it easy.

We had a great time at Andrea‘s place! It was really centrally located and close to hiking, breweries, and awesome restaurants. My friends and I booked her place for a girls trip and it was exactly what we needed!

The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious and a great place to entertain. The host Eric is awsome. Definitely will have to do this place again.

Really enjoyed my stay at this quiet and private basement apartment. Check-in was a breeze and everything looked as pictured and clean. It was super chill and a nice spot to come back to after a long day. The location was great—especially if you’re going to any stadium events. Lindsay and Dane were super welcoming and easy to talk to, and shared some great local tips. Very responsive to messages. I also got to pet their dog Benni—he was really friendly and such a sweet doggo! Would totally stay here again and recommend.

This was one of the best Air B & B experiences I have had. The host noticed some broken blinds and asked to fix them during our stay. Communicated very well and were no disruption. My Labs are shredding right now, so I brought twin bed sheets to cover the white couch. The solution worked very well and no complaints from the host. I offered a couple suggestions after leaving, just simple things that could help others guests. Not only were they receptive, they liked the ideas enough to make the changes that same day. This will be the place I stay for any future trips to Denver.

Great place! stayed for a quick 2 days for a concert at red rocks. Perfect spot. Clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable! Rob & Lilly were great at communicating and check in was a breeze. would definitely stay again

Absolutely wonderful! We spent a week at this home away from home. It was immaculately maintained and stocked with anything you need (and more). The bed was very comfortable and we slept better than at home! It’s a very spacious and private space that is modern and feels like new. David was a great host and prepared us well for what we needed to know. The location was quiet and safe, as well as conveniently located to drive anywhere. We easily navigated to Red Rocks and downtown Denver, and our white water rafting trip was just 1/2 hour away. It was also easy to make a day tour out to the mountains and see Loveland Pass all the way to Breckenridge. If we ever visit the Denver area again I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

The Cactus Suite was just that, sweet. It was the perfect place for relaxing and sleeping, what we needed on this trip. The bed was super comfy and the linens were wonderful. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Erica's place. Great location with great restaurants. Our little one really enjoyed the Sloans Lake playground which was walking distance. Would recommend staying here.

I loved staying here! Tracy is a great host. The space was nice and clean and a convenient location to get around Denver and surrounding areas.

Timothy’s home was awesome! The location was great, close to restaurants and the lake. Also very convenient for day trips to Golden and Boulder. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the swing seats on the front porch. The street was very quiet which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will hope to visit again soon!

Amazing location - easy to get to everything- shopping, parks, downtown, restaurants. Sloan’s Lake is beautiful for walking. Erica was very responsive with the few small things we needed- which is kind of the definition of a good experience. The house was very cute, well supplied kitchen and cute sitting area in the back. Only downsides- The bed support in my room was not fantastic- it bows up in the middle- and I have back issues so I noticed it a lot- although the mattress was quite comfy and I was able to wedge pillows in the right spots to get comfy! My friend said the other bed was wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

I spent a few days at the Ashland tiny house, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful design of the space. Every detail felt intentional—from the cozy lighting and comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchenette and stylish decor. The setting was peaceful and private, nestled in a beautiful part of Wheat Ridge that made it easy to unwind. Despite its compact size, the tiny house felt incredibly spacious and functional. It had everything I needed and more—smart layout, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming vibe.

This was a perfect location to explore the mountains and the city! We would definitely stay again!

The stay was fantastic, it was cozy and just enough for what me and my husband needed for this small trip. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be rebooking if back on this side of Denver!
