View, location, and service excellent. Living and dining area can get warm. Didn't cook, but great washer and dryer. Enjoyed the stay very much!

Juan Carlos is always attentive and helpful, the location of the apartment is just a few steps from the beach, a spacious apartment with a spectacular view! We had a nice vacation with my family!

What can I say… all the other reviews on Brandt’s space say it all. I just wish I had a few more days. Great space & energy. The dogs also are wonderful. I will be back :-)

The pictures really don’t do this place justice—it’s much better in person. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning. We had been staying at a much more expensive hotel next door, and their view couldn’t even compare. Nor could their service! The apartment itself is spacious and has all utilities you need. The balcony is larger than it looks in the photos, and we loved spending time out there just relaxing. It’s located at the end of the main strip, which means it’s quieter and more peaceful—something you will appreciate after busy days out. It’s still just a minute away from a strip though. Also there is a beach which sea lions nearby!! Just walk towards Charles Darwin center. It’s close and people were snorkeling there. Lucia was amazing, easy to reach and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She owns a café right in the building on the second floor, and we ended up eating there every day. The food was delicious!! I highly recommend this place to stay.

Very comfortable and conveniently located with a spectacular view of the hill. Definitely a quiet place, for my part I can say that no noise was heard from the 9th floor, which is where the apartment is. Equipped enough even for long stays. Being able to use the amenities is something to highlight in the building despite being a short-stay guest. I really liked the view!!!

We had an amazing time in this small paradise by the sea, quiet and a few steps from the center of Mompiche! The view is amazing, the rooms are nice and there is everything you need in the kitchen! And Roger welcomed us with a big smile, was very available, flexible and spoiled us with garden delights! We are won over by this place, and will come back without hesitation!!!! A big thank you to Roger!

The description of the place matched reality, the view is great towards the sea, the service staff are very friendly, Amparo is always very cordial and responds normally, I would have loved to spend a few more days but I have to do my job, Thank you all.

We had an incredible stay, the suites and the terrace are just like the photos and Andrea was always available and attentive to everything. I would definitely come back and above all the beach and the privacy of the place are 10/10. I recommend it.

Our stay at this cabin was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal to disconnect from the routine. The cabin itself was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was: we didn't miss anything at all. We were able to enjoy moments of total relaxation and forget about everyday stress. In addition to how cozy and functional the cabin was, communication with the host was exceptional. They were always attentive to our questions and gave us lots of helpful tips about the area, places to visit and local recommendations that made our experience even more enriching. Their helpfulness and kindness were a big plus. This place certainly exceeded our expectations. It was the ideal place for a getaway where we were looking for tranquility and disconnection, and the excellent communication with the hosts added significant value to our stay.

Fantastic stay in an exceptional apartment: its sea views, its location close to everything, shops, malls, cinema and at the same time its tranquility. The building pool is very nice right facing the sea. The guards are very friendly and the hosts are very attentive and attentive to everything. A highly recommended place, it is located in a central area with access to supermarkets, the Zona Rosa and restaurants. The place is impeccable with a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing. The host is very attentive to any concerns and is very friendly and if he doesn't have a rental, he allows you to check in before check-in time I will always be back!!!

A very good place to stay. Ideal for a holiday. The pool is a good size and the direct exit to the beach is very useful. The instructions were clear and check-in is independent. The kitchen was fully stocked. It's a place I'd come back to!
