The house: Lovely living room, furnished with wood-burning stove, chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) 2 single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large lovely garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED AFTER STAYS WITH 3.95 KR/kWH

Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with ample space for 4 adults and 4 children and up to 2 infants in a travel cot. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity is DKK 3.79 per kWh. I reserve the right to raise the price, water is DKK 79 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check-out.

Completely renovated farm - close to beach and town

The farm has undergone a total renovation and today appears to be something special. Emphasis has been placed on quirky details, comfort, and original farm charm-with a glimpse in the eye. The heart of the farm is the very large kitchen-living room, which has opened up to kip with visible rafters and taps. The ornamental garden and the view of the meadow and field is fantastic and the farm is located about 500m from Dråby Strand, which is one of the most popular beaches in Syddjurs and 4km from Ebeltoft, which is always worth a visit.

Watch the boats come in and keep up with the sailors' activity while enjoying the sunset on the terrace. The cabin is made of wood, of 79 m2 and on two floors. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single beds as well as a double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of bedding overlooking the harbor pool and Ebeltoft Vig. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

Cozy little summerhouse.

Enjoy a break in this lovely cave between the trees on a quiet road. When you arrive, you will step onto the lovely terrace, surrounded by tall trees and the birds chirping and owl spout. It is a short distance to the many hiking routes and walking distance to forest, shopping, the harbour and the charming city center. Start your days with a cup of coffee in the courtyard, take a hammock after a good day at the beach and end the day in the cozy conservatory while the sun sets. Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

Newer cottage with large terrace and great views

New private cottage from 2018 with a great view and location that we rent out if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is located really nicely on the grounds with a fantastic lovely view out over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
