Apartment vacation rentals in East Peoria

We stayed at Tony’s place 4 years ago when we were in town for the previous class reunion. So we of course thought it would be the perfect place to stay again during this class reunion. It is a lovely place — very quiet, welcoming, convenient.

Asif’s place was just as stated in the information Easy access, clean, quiet. Would recommend his place and will rebook next time coming to town

the apartments were easy to locate. the parking situation was not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The walls could use a good wash but other than that the place was clean. the kitchen had everything you need

Amanda is a great host. Communication was clear and helpful. Her place was very clean and well suited for the four of us that stayed over the weekend for my son's graduation at ISU. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's super easy to get to the campus or to grab a bite to eat. There's a little grocery store around the corner that i describe as a mini wholefoods market. We all enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Amanda's place as an alternative to staying in a noisy crowded hotel.

It is just as described. Great for visiting the college as it’s nice as close but far enough away to be quiet.

We were in from out of state, the accomidations were wonderful! Comfortable beds, and very clean. Older home make lots of noises, but we didn't hear them if they did. They told us there was a coffee shop below us, and yes you can hear it but it wasn't a bother, and going down to them was wonderful, they had a great breakfast and coffee. We will be back if our travels lead us this way again.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was just as nice as last time! We come up to this area every few months and hope to stay here again. It is such a peaceful spot and it’s close to the greater Peoria area.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!), the shower had great hot water and water pressure, and we loved parking so close to the entrance (very helpful with our dogs). We felt very safe here, which was a huge plus. We did experience the cigarette smoke smell, which was included in the listing, but it did not bother us. We would absolutely stay here again, and we really appreciate how responsive the owners are. Thanks for a great experience!

Marti was a great host for the 5 months I stayed at their airbnb. The location is a little noisy due to it being off main street but more peaceful than you’d expect. The apartment is clean and plenty of room for activities! I would say the one downside is the washer and dryer being in the basement which requires you to go outside and around the building, but it’s only bad when it’s cold out! Overall I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying at one of their places in the future!

Melodee and her husband did a wonderful job remodeling the unit. It was clean, comfortable and very well thought out. Coming in from Bloomington or Pekin the drive is absolutely beautiful! We were in town for a music festival in Bloomington/Normal area and it was a great location. Friends of ours stayed in Bloomington and it took them longer to get to the fairgrounds than us. Peoria is a drivable distance as well for a bigger “city”. All in all the place, location and hosts are PERFECT!

We had a great family visit and enjoyed playing all the games at the house, cooking meals and just hanging out. Good location — had our grandkids and house was very walkable to a park and one morning we took a nice walk for donuts. We would rent this house again.

Kecia’s place was exactly what we were looking for— lots of space and centrally located in town! It gave a group of adults plenty of space to spread out when needed, but also gather in a comfy and homey environment when we wanted. Kecia was very responsive when we had questions, and we would gladly stay here again!

Ronald’s place was perfect for what we needed. We were in for only a night and it was nice, clean, and smelled great. Temperature was perfect. Bed was comfortable. We had a pleasant time there.

This place is a gem of a place to stay. There are several little conveniences that make it stand out- an umbrella on the hook by the door, handy hooks by the door, water in the refrigerator, a basket with some popcorn packets, coffee pods, sweetener, granola bars. The coffee shop downstairs is so convenient and friendly. Love the mix of keeping the historic feel- exposed brick wall and simple trim- with modern conveniences in the bathroom and kitchenette area.

Great place for our crew to stay as we completed a construction project in town! Will be back!

Bob at Normandy Village 12-b was amazing! He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home with local recommendations and answers to all questions we had! Not to mention the apartment was in a beautiful area and was incredibly clean with lots of everyday needs stocked up! All in all if we are ever in the area again this will definitely be top of the list to stay!
