The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
