A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Elaine is a lovely, friendly host and her home is warm, welcoming and eclectic. Her terraces are beautiful, and it is clear she takes great pride in her plants, patio furniture and indoor and outdoor spaces. The bed was very comfortable and the shower sublime!

Ellisse and Tristan made me feel really welcome, and the room is just perfect for my needs. Lots of space, a nice desk for working, room for hanging your clothes, and much more. Everywhere is really clean and the house is a beautiful, characterful place.

Karen’s place was stunning. She thought if everything was very attentive and helped with all my queries. She even had little touches in the room like coffee and kettle, and a mini fridge with water and milk for the drinks. It’s a beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Karen was happy to chat but then also gave me space to get some work done - lovely friendly host with a beautiful place at a great price!

We had lovely little holiday. Carol let us us her kitchen and was a very nice hostess. We arranged a day trip to Warwick castle, which is very worth seeing. We couldn’t stay long enough to visit all the other interesting locations that would all have veen within easy reach. Lots of ubers were available and the railway service is also quite convenient. We would like to come again.
