Newly built and fully self contained apartment, fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a washer and dryer. combined kitchen/living area, seperate bathroom and private balcony leading out from doors in both the living room and bedroom. Bedroom contains a queen bed with a new high quality mattress and bedding. Entire apartment is open to guests, owner will not be present during their stay. The apartment building also includes a communal rooftop BBQ and lounge area. I will be available in person for key pick/up and to answer any queries/show the apartment. Available via phone if there are any issues. The apartment is right on High St Northcote, known for its live music venues, bars, and restaurants. Take a short walk to Welcome to Thornbury, a popular food truck park, or listen to new bands at Northcote Social Club. The apartment is on High st, along the 86 tram line from Bundoora into the CBD. Croxton Station is also a short walk away, with a 20 min train ride into the city. This apartment is in a block with owner occupiers and tenants, so please be mindful of noise in the early morning/late at night so as not to disturb neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. This beautiful studio is located in the garden of my property down a path at the side of the main house. It is fully self-contained, newly renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden.
