Loved it here!! So many restaurants nearby within walking distance and best of all the malecon was just a few steps away!! The spot itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pablo was a great host, I highly recommend staying here!

An excellent option if you need to relax. It's a very nice and quiet place with outdoor activities such as tennis. The sea view is beautiful and it's easy to access. The staff is always attentive and friendly, as well as the host. My boyfriend and I loved it. We would stay here again on our next visit to Mazatlan.

The place is just as shown in the photos, it is a very cozy and comfortable space, ideal for 2 people. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Hector welcomed us very kindly and was always attentive before and during our stay. Additionally, the place was clean and smelled clean as soon as we arrived!! Very good place to spend a few quiet days, the location is very good if you want to be away from the disaster but close to tourist attractions. The host great despite being always paying holidays, we had an issue with the water heater that he immediately resolved. Totally recommended place.

A great host, constant and effective communication, clear instructions. A safe and quiet space in the subdivision with restaurant options, grocery store and beautiful beaches nearby. The house is clean and well maintained, with a clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms well laid out and with comfortable beds. Air conditioning throughout the house, nice lighted terrace for an overnight stay.

The house exceeded our expectations, it has an excellent location, the house is very nice, very spacious, all areas very well maintained, everything impeccable, very clean, we would definitely rent it again! Excellent place, quite spacious, more than we thought, the pier is very close and in general the accommodation is in a very central point, everything is close to you. Everything was very clean and tidy, you didn't want to leave the apartment because of how comfortable you were inside, in general everything was very good. We would definitely rent it again, those are the plans for the future.

We had a great time here! All was good from water pressure+heat, to location, and cleanliness. The host was very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and Centro.

This stay was perfect for us for our week in Mazatlán. Oziel’s communication and responsiveness was awesome and so important when you are traveling. The apartment was super clean, and the bed in the master was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The pelicans flew right by our windows, and we were at eye level with the parasailers! We took advantage of spa services, the pool and the weight room, which had a decent amount of equipment. These were big reasons why we booked this place. There are great restaurants all within walking distance. There is not a lot of sandy beach in front of the complex which meant when the tide was high, we couldn’t walk down the beach and had to double back to the road. At other times it was fine though. But the benefit of that is that the view from the pool was right on the water! This is more of a residential complex than a regular resort, which was nice if you are looking for less of a party atmosphere.
