CROWS' HERMITAGE

J-PRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What can I say about Crow’s Hermitage that the other reviews haven’t already captured? If you’re considering other options—stop looking. You’ve found the perfect place. As many others have noted, the photos can’t possibly convey the enchantment that settles over you the moment you arrive. From the character of the home to the serene outdoor spaces to the thousand-year-old parish next door, it feels like stepping into the pages of a fairytale. When it comes to hosts, Colm is in a league of his own. He went above and beyond with directions, thoughtful recommendations, and any request we made. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel cared for—we felt like family.

Our stay at Carmel's was absolutely wonderful—easily one of the best experiences we've had on our travels. Her home is warm, inviting, and fully stocked with everything we could need. She was an excellent host, communicating promptly and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to town, and the convenience of parking made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

The cottage

VelRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Susan was a great host. I’m gluten-free and she took the extra step to provided plenty of things for me to eat even though it was not a bed-and-breakfast. We had cheese, bread, bananas and cookies. Be prepared as there was only one restaurant in the town of Termonfeckin and it closed at 5:00 PM. The bed was comfy and she was quick to help we everything. I highly recommend that you stay with Susan and enjoy all the interesting adornments to her cottage.

1 x bed apartment for rent

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I had a great stay at this quiet, clean, and well-located apartment—perfect for a solo trip or working visit. The space had everything I needed: a comfy bed, a nice bath, and a solid kitchen setup with extras like a washer and air fryer. Check-in was smooth, and I felt totally safe and comfortable. The location was super convenient—just minutes from the train station, close to shopping, downtown, the River Boyne, and handy bus routes. Suzanne was a great host—friendly, responsive, and professional. This no-fuss, peaceful spot is ideal if you're looking for a calm, well-kept place with excellent access to everything. Would happily stay again!

Robin's nest

Aileen ElizabethRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Robin's Nest is stunning and Elaine is such an amazing and responsive host. We could not believe how beautiful the house was, especially that unbelievable bathroom! The garden is beautiful too and the area is so peaceful. Elaine chatted me through some of the local food hotspots (Tribe was especially impressive) and made check in and out so easy. We would love to come back! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Foxhall Cottage

KrisRating, 5 stars6 days ago
A lovely Airbnb, one of the best we've stayed at. Fantastic hosts, Elma and Barry, make you feel welcome and at home the instant you arrive. A beautiful location and a fantastic home away from home that felt cosy and snug. The subtle touches make all the difference, and the record player and vinyl collection was a brilliant thing to find for a dedicated vinyl addict like myself. Sirius is a fantastic dog and the best boy and the most wonderful bonus to staying here. Hope to come back again soon.
