Comfortable upstairs apartment with street parking, kitchen, bathroom, and AC. Walking distance from some of San Diego's best bars, breweries, and restaurants and a short drive to Balboa Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp district, and the beach. The property was recently painted and the new colors aren't reflected in my Airbnb photos, yet. The apartment door is a bright turquoise blue. * Update: Brand new high speed Internet extender installed and memory foam sofa mattress for the pullout sofabed. Enjoy!

A stand-alone private casita in the charming, convenient, and unique South Park neighborhood of San Diego. Due to covid, we are taking extra care to disinfect and clean. And for your convenience, extra cleaning supplies and disposable gloves are available for you. The casita is a stand-alone building, with its own entrance, patio, and privacy. Recent reviews mentioned poor water pressure in shower. I am happy to announce that this has been fixed! We welcome people of all backgrounds.

Simple, basic & clean 1 bedroom apartment. On an alley (It is noisy= dogs bark and whine, illegal fireworks sometimes, it's by two fire stations, buses & cars w/loud mufflers/bustle of city type living). Street parking at night you might have to park around the corner or down the block. We have a Roku stick so you can watch shows/movies on your own apps. No AC but we have fans. Great place to stay the night while touring SD ! We are 13 blocks from Petco Park, home of the SD Padres.

*We are Covid-19 aware! We have taken extra precautions--sanitizing all surfaces possible, including remote controls, door handles, light switches, etc... after each visit! And we open all the windows to aerate before the next guests! One bedroom granny flat, separate entrance with off street parking for midsize car or smaller. Three blocks to the beach. Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

You’ll love our place as its spacious, quiet, private, comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have big relaxing patio chairs on our large balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. We are centrally located to most all of San Diego's attractions and close to freeways. The famous Gaslamp, Zoo, downtown and beaches are all within 13 to 20 minute drive. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, coffee and an assortment of teas.
