Located within minutes to major downtown venues, easily accessible, spacious apartment in a quiet building. Make sure to rent a car in AZ because walking in the hot sun or at night isn't a great idea. Pool was right outside the unit. Comfy bed and cool temperatures for sleep.

Excellent stay! This Airbnb is beautiful. It was super clean, adorably styled, comfortable, and quiet. We went to Chase Field for a baseball game and it only took us a few minutes and a $6 Lyft to get there. I loved the off-street parking as well. It felt very safe and comfortable overall. Will be staying again!

Very clean, comfortable home. Nice renovated upgrades. I love how hot the shower was. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Great communication from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s place. It was a very quiet and comfortable apartment, and it was a perfect centrally located home base for us between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale.

This home was absolutely beautiful—filled with charm, care, and thoughtful details that made it feel instantly welcoming. You can tell the space is truly loved. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home, not just a rental. The little touches made all the difference: bottles of wine in the fridge, snacks on the counter, even treats for Rhea. It was one of the most genuinely thoughtful setups I’ve experienced on Airbnb. There was a small toilet issue and the host offered to move us, but it wasn’t a big deal and we appreciated the proactive kindness. Communication was excellent and caring. Location was excellent, less than 15 minutes to the airport. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation. A true gem in Phoenix.

This place was perfect! Only about 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the rental car company my boyfriend and I used (Nu Car Rentals). The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The pool was not ready for use when we arrived but it wasn't a big deal for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed except for measuring utensils, there was only a tablespoon available. The only thing that I wish this location had were wash cloths . Other than that, there are no complaints. This location is literally close to everything. The host did a really good job at leaving thorough instructions through the app, as well as inside the Airbnb. Will definitely book here again whenever I come back to Arizona.

We stayed at Patricia and Marta’s cottage for 2 weeks while receiving health care in Phoenix. Patricia is the most responsive host possible. The house is very comfortable and provided a wonderful respite. There are good local places nearby (try the Wild Thaiger for great Thai food, Forno 301 for authentic Italian, and Hope’s Brunch across the street for a great breakfast) and grocery shopping and other necessities are a few blocks away. Patricia gave us local recommendations as well, including for Tangible Wellness, a privately owned and well equipped fitness center a few blocks from the house. The house is quiet at night, as is central air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable and we slept soundly. The outdoor seating areas were also great for morning coffee and the neighborhood, which is historic, is very nice for walking. And we were a five minute drive away from health care. This cottage always receives 5 star ratings , and after two weeks it is easy to understand why.

Great stay, clean and modern had all the comforts of home and enjoyed the pool.

We spent a week at this beautiful house during our daughter’s graduation week from ASU. It was super easy to get to her apartment in downtown Phoenix to unpack, and even easier to get over to Tempe where the ceremonies took place. There are plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. The pool was a great respite from our busy days. Giorgio was super responsive and so friendly! Thank you!!

Ken’s was super nice and cute! I’d definitely recommend it and come back whenever we come back to Phoenix! Very clean and lots to do where it’s located!

Very convenient for our trip.

Really cute place. Went during Memorial Day weekend. A lot to do within walking distance. Only bad thing was the bed, it was broken when we checked in. I messaged the host who offered to have a new bed sent. We chose not to as we were only there for a few days and wanted to enjoy our vacation. Besides that, everything was good.

Beautiful place. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Alicia’s place had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate the small details like the vacuum lines on the furniture and the tying of the kitchen towels. I will definitely book here again if I visit Phoenix again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect for where we needed to be in Scottsdale. It was clean, easy to navigate to, and close to Old Town. It did get a little warm inside at night (not sure if the thermostat was adjustable), but opening the windows to let a little fresh air helped. We are grateful for their communication and would love to stay there again if we head to Scottsdale again.
