Second year staying at this rental - we love the proximity to all our favorite shopping & restaurants. Hosts are always communicative and responsive. Great layout with privacy for different groups - loved cooking in the kitchen and hanging poolside. Will be back again! :)

Ty’s place was so perfect for our stay, absolutely perfect entertainment space for friends and family, the pool is where we spent most of the days, Ty was very responsive for any of our questions and acted fast when we needed anything! Great location in Oldtown you will not be disappointed! 10-15 mins to anything you need!

I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb to celebrate my birthday, and it exceeded all my expectations! The home is a spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made it even more enjoyable to settle in and relax. The sparkling clean pool was a highlight of my stay, providing a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the sunny days. To top it all off, the host went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine as a thoughtful gesture—it truly made my celebration feel special. There were also plenty of extra amenities that added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway. We had an excellent time. We chose this location to be close to my wife’s medical appointments. The amenities were what we were looking for especially with the number of bedrooms and a great pool. Several of our adult children joined us for the time that we were in Phoenix. We explored the area, had plenty to eat, and spent quite a lot of time in the pool as it was quite warm each day. We loved your home and we will plan on coming back.

My brother, friend, boyfriend and I stayed here during Phoenix fan Fusion. It was a relatively safe neighborhood. and a 5-minute drive to the convention center. I was a little disappointed that the pool was emptied during our stay and the ice machine was broken. They provided ice treys in the freezer, and water in the fridge. It was beautiful place for what we paid for. Everything that we needed for cooking🍳 was in the kitchen. I recommend this place for anyone who has dogs or just wants to get away for a few days.

Our stay was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great, and we all slept well. The home was super clean and had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze and it was close to grocery stores/restaurants. We also got the hear the sound of the coyotes! If you wanna see some hummingbirds this place is the place to go, we saw so many fly in! We all loved it here and would definitely book here again!

The location was perfect, close to downtown with so many things to do. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place was SO cute!!! Easy to check-in, had so many extra amenities. Which I NEVER see in other airbnbs. Exercise equipment, color safe shampoo and many soap choices in the shower, extra hair ties, good quality perfume, luggage stand, games, books, plenty of kitchen supplies. It just felt like a friend and gotten an apartment ready for me to visit and stocked it UP. You can tell Ashley is very generous and thoughtful with her properties. Ashley was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. And the beds were so comfortable!! Would stay her again and again!

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Loved the Beverly bungalow! The location was great. The place was so pretty and stylish. Very comfortable and light and refreshing. Would totally stay again for my next trip in the month to come. She was great to work with! The total package for what I was looking for. We even played the board games

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

This was place was amazing! It's in a great neighborhood, perfect location, perfect little place for 2 people.... it was VERY comfortable! We are pretty particular about our Airbnbs and I would say this is one of the best that we've stayed at. Immaculately cleaned!

Great host and place! I got a nice upgrade to use pools in a resort nearby. Recommended for a quiet and smooth stay in Scottsdale.
