As always, I had an amazing stay! It’s always nice and clean when I book this stay. I feel safe and right at home every time. On top of that, Tiko and his team are all incredibly kind and responsive! I would highly recommend booking!

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

Located within minutes to major downtown venues, easily accessible, spacious apartment in a quiet building. Make sure to rent a car in AZ because walking in the hot sun or at night isn't a great idea. Pool was right outside the unit. Comfy bed and cool temperatures for sleep.

Absolutely beautiful home. Wonderfully decorated, extremely clean, smelled wonderful. Absolutely peaceful, and very kind and helpful hosts. Cannot say enough good about the home and the hosts. 10 stars ⭐️

Jared was so helpful and nice! he went above and beyond for us and even helped my dog get over her anxiety of other dogs! he is the nicest person you'll have the pleasure of meeting!

Conveniently located for downtown events and other activities in the area. Neighborhood was very quiet! Tip for future travelers, park on the street if you don’t want to get blocked in by people staying in other units! But if you’re going to an event downtown I’d just uber to them from the rental.

We stayed at this bungalow for 3 nights and had a great experience. It was easy to find, and check-in was smooth. The kitchen was beautiful, and the open floor plan was very inviting. The pricing is competitive, and I would definitely recommend this place for both business and leisure stays. Ashley, one of the hosts, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay w family. The house layout was great, furniture plentiful & comfortable, as were the beds! Communication w hosts timely & responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Appliances top notch. Decor delightful. Lighting was great, although the electric panels to control everything from blinds to tv, lighting etc. took some learning. Only caveat I would add is to question the need for 2 huge tvs in living area. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to friends & family. Would recommend to friends & family

Albert was a great host and his place was perfect. He was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The house is very nice, completely spotless, and has everything you need. I would highly recommend if you’re visiting Phoenix!

Angela's place was perfect for our small group gathering. The home had many comfortable places to chat, inside and outside. Everyone commented on how great a choice it was for our reunion of friends from around the country. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The supplies were well stocked and presented. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. I’m hoping to stay there again in the future when visiting my granddaughter. Thank you, Alicia!

This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was outstanding—quick responses, super friendly, and full of helpful info that made planning a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could want on a getaway. We were surrounded by fun activities, great dining, and beautiful spots to explore. Whether we wanted to relax or be out and about, we had the best of both worlds.

Don's place was so nice! Extremely clean and when he says the kitchen is well stocked, he is not kidding! There is everything that you need to make a meal. The beds are so comfortable and I loved the pillows. The hall closet has all you need for the pool, golf and playing games. Don was so easy to work with and responded so quickly. The area is very quiet and peace and just a short trip to the airport. The pool area is peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again, you will not be disappointed!
